Sourcing Responsibly
Sustainability is important to us and our customers. Sourcing our own seafood enables us to control traceability ourselves, ensuring that the food we serve in our restaurant is sourced in tune with the natural flow of nature's seasons and obtained almost entirely from our native seas surrounding the British Isles.

For meat and other produce we only deal with suppliers with the same principles and methods as our fish wholesale business; building long standing working relationships to source the best for our customers.
