From the "Rolls Royce" of fish, the Dover Sole, to the exquisite delicacy of wild sea bass and the very best available from British shores including hand dived Isle of Man Queenie scallops and magnificent Scottish Lobsters.
This philosophy applies equally to our sourcing of meat and all other produce including Castle of Mey Selections beef, Welsh lamb and Packington chickens.
Our menu is regularly updated to reflect the seasons, whilst including signature dishes such as Chamberlain’s own fish and chips with home- made tartare sauce.
